To maintain this impeccable standard, we've joined forces with one of Egypt's largest and most advanced fruit exporting stations. Through a series of cutting-edge automated processes including sorting, washing, grading, and waxing, our partner station transforms these carefully collected fruits into international-grade wonders. This collaboration guarantees that each fruit we export retains its peak freshness, taste, and visual appeal, embodying our unwavering dedication to delivering nothing less than excellence to our valued customers.

Farming

With an extensive network of fruit farms, we take pride in overseeing the entire cultivation process, From the very beginning of cultivation to the moment the fruits are prepared for the exporting station, we ensure quality at every stage. And to bolster our commitment to excellence, we collaborate with experts from prestigious agricultural universities, enhancing our expertise and dedication to delivering top-tier produce.

Sorting

Upon arrival to the exporting station, an automated sorting process identifies visual flaws, guaranteeing only top-quality items advance to the automated grading technology enabling it to operate with precision.

Washing

We use a washing machine that diligently eradicates any traces of chemicals or dirt from the produce, while simultaneously sterilizing them and eradicating prevalent bacterial strains. Outfitted with a high-pressure water pump and specialized surfacing apparatus, the machine ensures thorough cleaning, with debris and impurities efficiently directed towards a bottom drain, affirming the impeccable cleanliness of our offerings.

Grading

We employ cutting-edge grading techniques to ensure the highest attainable product quality for export. The graders we use are incorporate precise weight measurement systems that assess and categorize each fruit based on client specifications. Additionally, an optical system scans the product's surface, categorizing it by attributes like color, size, and diameter, while effectively isolating defective items from the production line. Furthermore, our employment of a near-infrared system permits an in-depth analysis of the product's internal chemical properties, ensuring the delivery of superior quality both externally and internally.

Waxing

Fruit waxing involves applying an edible, transparent, scentless, tasteless, and safe coating to fruits. This process serves several purposes, including prolonging shelf life, imparting a glossy sheen for improved aesthetics, safeguarding against post-harvest harm, and offering protection against diseases.

Packaging

Given the vulnerability of fresh fruits and vegetables to external influences during transit, we implement meticulous packaging methods to shield our products from potential contamination, harm, or moisture depletion during transportation. Collaborating with top-tier logistics partners, we assure our clients of punctual and secure product delivery to any destination worldwide.
